One day after snatching a stellar win 3-0 over Trat FC at Thai League 2019, keeper Dang Van Lam rushed to return to Vietnam for taking part in a famous football event named Tiger Street Football.
Following the event held in Ha Noi, there was a meet and greet conversation in Ho Chi Minh City joined by such impressive outstanding contestants as Roberto Carlos, Luis Figo, Park Ji-sung, Rio Ferdinand, and Didier Drogba.
Standing alongside those legends, Van Lam grabbed great attentions from attended fans who surrounded the keeper to request his signature as well as to ask for taking picture with.
In the event on June 23 morning, Van Lam opened up to share about his memories on field and had some advices to football lovers. He hopes they will chase their dream until the end, which will lead the success coming for them. Van Lam showed his excitement when talking about the legend Rio Ferdinand:
“If can be, I will play alongside Rio Ferdinand who has played brilliantly, which will remind and point out so many experiences for me in the future.”
