Coach assistant Lu Dinh Luu working for Ho Chi Minh Club told about Park Hang-seo and Lee Young Jin:
“We usually call Assistant Lee Young as Coach Lee. He rarely appears in the press, just silently stands behind to carry on the plans and the final decisions are always made by Mr. Park.
When training, he directly guides players. Only when there has any tactical problem does Mr. Park move into and give the team advises.
Our team having cohesion as well as different type of tactics mainly thank to the great merit of Coach Lee. It was reasonable when Mr. Park once said that Coach Lee is as his brain."

Coach Park recognized Vietnam’s problem that the team always had failed after 70-minute playing. Talking about this matter, Coach Luu Dinh Tuan said:
“Coach Park had asked me why Vietnamese players have always lost the game in the 70ths minute. Then, he had the method to solve this matter.”
Coach Luu Dinh Tuan revealed Coach Park’s method: “We have to concentrate in the first and the last 10 minutes. Whoever does wrong will be fined."
After all, Vietnamese football’s achievements proved that Coach Park's at high-level commanding troops and using strategies. According to Coach Luu Dinh Tuan, Coach Park is not just a strategist, he is also a fantastic psychologist of Vietnam.
