2019 U21 Vietnamese National Championship Qualifiers this year promises to be a thrilling game in each of the groups.
Group A, Song Lam Nghe An vs. Viettel are considered the teams having equal level the most.
Group B, Hong Linh Ha Tinh having 2/3 the forces who are weighing up at V-League 1 as well as led by experienced coach Pham Minh Duc, will surely produce the best performance to watch and be the bright candidate for the top spot of the group.
In Group C, Dong Thap and Dong Nai are identified as being at the equal of almost every aspect but HCMC and Long An also can make surprises. However, Vinh Long and Ben Tre are at the verge of losing hope but it does not mean that the teams are already "out of the picture".
