Vietnam got an unbelievable win over Thailand and coach Park Hang-seo made some comments.
Vietnam beat Thailand by a little luck and goalie Kawin mistake. Frankly, Thailand lost just because of a goal in injury time and the goal belong to Vietnam.
Speaking in a post-match press conference, Vietnam head coach answered: ‘King’s Cup is a traditional tournament in Thailand. The win is meaningful to us but also bery stressful to earn. As the head coach, I woud like to thank all players for their contribution”.
Talking of Tuna ANh appearance, he shared:
“Tuan Anh was first summoned up since I was in charge of Vietnam NT. He is a talented player, he delivered his full potential in that game. If he blends in more, he will be the good pillar for Vietnam national team”.
Despite a win, Park Hang-seo proved modest, “We are still AFF Cup Champions unitl the next season. However, we still make more effort to keep the championship with experts’ support. But we are not on top, Thailand is a strong team. Vietnam and Thailand will face each other and compete against each other many times to contribute and bring ASEAN football to new heights”.
“This is not our target, but World Cup 2022 Qualifers. I haven’t decided which players to play in the final yet. It will be great if we win King’s Cup and move to World Cup 2022 Qualifiers”
